The Separo PRO reliably separates pre-glued or thread-sewn book blocks for softcover and hardcover production, increasing productivity by up to 30% compared with manual feeding. It handles varying formats and block thicknesses with ease. Thanks to the First-in-First-Out (FIFO) principle, the sequence of the book blocks is maintained, significantly simplifying the production process. A bypass function provides additional flexibility, and seamless integration with the Vareo PRO, Antaro Digital or Diamant MC ensures efficient production from medium runs down to a single book.
