AMRYS (Automatic Make Ready System) – Option
Computer aided makeready and changeover allow you to customize your machine quickly to changing job requirements. Automated size settings on feeders, stitching unit, three-knife trimmer and compensating stacker reduce the time required for makeready by up to 50%. Amrys technology can be precisely adjusted to suit customer requirements and is therefore also available offering only some of the functions.

Selectable options: copy control, ASIR (optical automatic signature image recognition), lateral thickness measurement by side caliper, oblique sheet monitor, thickness measurement by ridge caliper, stitch monitor, trim monitor, sequential on/off.
