User-friendly, compact control system
The Perfetto is simple to operate. Format and package structures can be easily and quickly adjusted on the comprehensive display. The compensating stacker uses the Muller Martini Automation Platform (MMAP) and is completely integrated into the control system of the saddle stitcher.

Secure production infeed
Infeeding on the Perfetto is size-independent and requires no manual intervention for size changeovers.Thanks to an adjustable infeed height, it can be connected to every saddle stitcher in its performance class. The alignment section is equipped with lateral centering, pressing rollers and a light barrier-counting head.

Reliable layer and stack formation
The products are securely supported in the prestacking bin with a linear guided fork. The minimal product drop height from the stack bin into the turntable bin ensures perfectly centered and counted packages, in layers and cross-stacked. One-up and two-up products are also processed.

Gentle package ejection
Packages are ejected from below with the new ejection design. This reduces cycle time and ejects the packages slowly and gently. The belt delivery can be optionally equipped with driven side belts, which support a stack with very light or slippery printed products, for example, until definitive fixation. The deliveries can be attached to the right or left. Roller or belt deliveries or an air table are possible.
