CombiStack Bundle-Building System

Stacking, bottom-sheet application, labeling, compressing and strapping: the CombiStack bundle-building system combines all processes in a single machine. This streamlines and raises the efficiency of the bundle-building process substantially, as well as increasing product quality. In addition, having the complete bundle-building process in a single machine means that valuable space is saved.

Nonstop strap feed
The CombiStack straps bundles reliably with two parallel straps. Four belt rollers – two on either side of the machine – ensure nonstop strap feed. Stacks are strapped in a compressed state at a low speed. This means the outer copies of the compact newspaper bundles are not damaged by straps.

High count accuracy
CombiStack electronically collects every individual newspaper on the gripper conveyor and places it carefully on the scheduled stack. This enables highest count accuracy. This model can process products with a large number of inserted supplements at high speeds of up to 32,000 copies per hour from the inserting machine.
