The lateral arrangement of the pre-gatherer allows the operator fast access to all the components.

The operator also benefits from the linear design of the two systems, the CoLiner and the ProLiner, as access is possible from both sides. This allows for optimum overview and furthermore makes maintenance easier. Both machines are equipped with the same feeder technology, which also facilitates maintenance. Stream feeders make manual loading easier and convey the products to the ProLiner feeders, improving the performance of the inserting line.

Just as the ProLiner, the design of the new CoLiner is modular. It can be expanded with up to 10 insert stations All the pre-collected inserts are stacked into a ProLiner pocket. Thanks to its flexible layout options, the pre-gathering system can be integrated subsequently in an existing ProLiner line even if space is limited.
