The newly developed splitting saw 3502 and matching turnover belt 3605 considerably increase efficiency in two-up perfect binding production. The new splitting saw can be adjusted fully automatically without the need for tools and trims products with maximum precision thanks to continual product feeding. Through the constant quality of the splitting cut, the subsequent three-knife trimmer can be quickly and easily set up. Further advantages include simple operation via touch screen, long saw blade life thanks to the integrated blade siliconization and a large format range.

The new turnover belt can be directly mounted onto the splitting saw. It is controlled using the touch screen on the splitting saw. Both format changes and switches between turnover and continuous production are carried out fully automatically. The new turnover belt can also be used as a freestanding unit in a delivery section.
