MMRemote Online*

MMRemote Online provides an interactive online interface, connecting you to service expertise and helping you to resolve faults with even greater efficiency.

Access to operating manuals and is available via the MMRemote Online portal. This ensures that all the relevant information is available at the touch of a button. all support requests are logged, to provide a full service history. Access to previous incident reports provides historical information to assist with future fault diagnosis.

  • Multi-media online conferencing: This feature offers you the abiility to interactr with the Muller Martini service team with just one click of the mouse. Important information can be exchanged via the chat function, whiteboard, web-camera and VoIP (Voice over IP). Fault diagnosis can also be supported with photos and graphics from an integrated image database. Using thie application makes online diagnosos and troubleshooting by Muller Martini service specialists even more efficient at the point of contact.
