Reliable product infeed
The infeed is height adjustable – for easy installation and hook-up to other production machines. No size adjustments required on the infeed. The products are compressed to achieve a tight fold, the pressure is adjustable.
Reliable alignment
Perfect stacking quality requires reliable alignment. Thanks to a unique operating principle, the shingle stream is loosened from underneath, and copies in the shingle stream can be aligned easily and with considerably less effort than with conventional designs.
Gentle stacking
The products are transferred from the prestacking bin to the turntable compartment by layer lift. A fast motorized turntable ensures short cycle times.
Easy handling
The Forte uses compact and space-saving design. It can be moved around easily for use on different press deliveries.
