Industrial high-rack storagy technology
The automatic storage system temporarily stores the products, manages the process and then feeds the products into the inserting process as and when required. The concept is based on an industrial high-rack storage system that has been adapted to suit the needs of FlexiRoll.

Rapid roll changing, short cycle times
The track-mounted warehousing vehicles have a lifting platform on a pair of telescopic arms which can carry two rolls. The rolls can be transported to the racks or directly to the FlexiRoll stations. This enables rapid roll changing and therefore shortens the cycle times.
