Bolero Perfect Binder

The Bolero perfect binder sets new standards in the medium-performance range. It excels thanks to a large product size range, shortest changeover times and high net outputs, even with demanding products.

Unique advantages make you more efficient

  • Wide product size range
  • Unusual versatility
  • Full automation
  • Easy to operate
  • Book-measuring station or JDF interface

Large range of product sizes
As a universal machine, the Bolero is capable of handling a wide range of products. It is suitable for the production of perfect bound books, magazines and catalogs, as well as for the manufacture of book blocks for case binding. This new perfect binder from Muller Martini can also process a large range of product sizes. The Bolero can process maximum product sizes with a spine length of up to 510 mm.

All gluing procedures possible
The Bolero excels thanks to its outstanding versatility as regards all current binding methods. All commonly used processes are possible: one-shot and two-shot hotmelt, cold emulsion, primer two-shot binding and PUR.

Complete automation
This perfect binder is fully automated. With the Bolero, orders can be recalled and therefore run reliably and cost-effectively. The advantage: full automation extends consistently over the entire product size range and all hangout settings.

Fully networked in digital workflow
Product parameters and production data are either entered on the Commander via touch screen or by the job preparation department via a networked control unit. Data can also be transferred automatically from the book-measuring station. The Bolero has an interface to the production line control system for the transfer of data in JDF format.
