Listo Compensating Stacker

The stacker Listo is the highperformance element for bundle processing in the press delivery system. With a speed of up to 100,000 copies per hour, it processes perfectly stacked and layered bundles. It processes all current rotary printing press product sizes. The Listo is used for processing gravure and web offset products.

The benefits of the stacker Listo:

• Perfect stack quality
• Simple operation
• Exact product count
• Protective handling of products on the turntable
• Protective bundle pusher
• Low maintenance costs

Simple operation and intelligent control
The Listo is controlled by the HMI (Human Machine Interface). On the clearly laid out display, sizes and bundle make-ups can be set easily and quickly. It has a job management system. The automatic Amrys (Automatic make ready system) presetting system on the turntable considerably reduces changeover times. The Listo is simple to integrate into the higher level MACOS control unit. MACOS (Master Control System) visualizes the complete press delivery system graphically and is thus an interface to the press and the press delivery equipement. Optionally, MACOS can be used to create a connection to the internal network,
for example with a Workflow Controller according to the CIP4 standard (JDF/JMF).

Protective handling on the turntable
In the pre-stack unit, the products are supported by a fork. A layer lift transports the pre-stacked bundles to the turntable. The minimum product drop distance from the stack unit to the turntable unit guarantees perfectly centered and copyspecific layered and stacked bundles.

Protective batch pusher
With the new stacker pusher principle, bundles are conveyed by means of a servo driven, retractable pusher. This reduces cycle times and pushes bundles gentle and safe.
