First Short Run Diamant 35 Bookline for China
At Muller Martini’s drupa stand, Jiang Chao Xu, owner of Shen Yang Good-Made Printing & Advertising Co. Ltd. from Shen Yang in northern China, announced his decision for a Ventura MC book sewing machine and a Diamant 35 bookline – the first short run bookline on the Chinese market.

The short run version, Diamant 35, is suitable for short run manufacturers and produces up to 2100 books per hour. More than anything else, the recognized high book quality of the Diamant 35 was what convinced Jiang Chao Xu. The time necessary for the joint forming and pressing process at top speed is a minimum of five seconds – and that with the proven, nonstop pressing procedure.

The order from Shen Yang Good-Made Printing & Advertising Co. Ltd also includes a Ventura MC book sewing machine with new servo technology in the stitching center. With this, productivity can be increased by up to 80 percent, especially with signatures that are difficult to process. “And what we really appreciate, is the very good after sales service of the Chinese Muller Martini agent”, emphasized Jiang Chao Xu.

Jiang Chao Xu, owner of Shen Yang Good-Made Printing & Advertising Co. Ltd., and Rudolf Müller, CEO Muller Martini, sign the contract at drupa for the first short run Diamant 35 bookline to be delivered to China.
