Integro Inserting Machine

Integro is the name of the new inserting machine generation for the high-performance sector.

The Integro features

  • in-line inserting at a max. of 30,000 copies/h
  • utilization of proven inserting technology
  • short changeover times
  • ergonomic operation and loading
  • modular configuration

The Integro design inserts at high capacity by using two channels (based on the Biliner design), preaccelerated delivery of the main products into the channel and a rotating gripper delivery.

Feeding
Products are fed into the channel with an inclined infeed. In this way, the products are pre-accelerated in the direction of travel and securely transported between the upper and lower belts. The proven sword-opening design is employed as the opening method.

MMAP control
In connection with the Supra high-performance saddle stitcher, the Integro can be controlled via the Supra’s MMAP (Muller Martini Automation Platform) control. This guarantees a quick overview of the entire system, short changeover times and simple handling.
