Muller Martini To Demonstrate New Technology at LabelExpo in Brussels (Sep. 21 to 24, 2005)
At drupa 2004, Muller Martini demonstrated a size-variable insert in the Alprinta web offset printing press for the first time. With this new technology, the user can easily adjust print lengths. In fact, the most wide-ranging of size lengths can be quickly and cost-effectively varied by conveniently exchanging the plate and blanket cylinders.

Muller Martini Apprentice is World Runner-up in Mechatronics Skills Competition in Finland
Muller Martini apprentice Raphael Ruf, together with his partner Timon Achtnich (from msw-Winterthur), won the silver medal in the mechatronics skills category at the 38th WorldSkills competition, which took place May 26 to 29, 2005 in the Finnish capital of Helsinki. The world champion, out of a field of 26 competitors from the entire world, was a team from Japan.
