Muller Martini To Demonstrate New Technology at LabelExpo in Brussels (Sep. 21 to 24, 2005)
At drupa 2004, Muller Martini demonstrated a size-variable insert in the Alprinta web offset printing press for the first time. With this new technology, the user can easily adjust print lengths. In fact, the most wide-ranging of size lengths can be quickly and cost-effectively varied by conveniently exchanging the plate and blanket cylinders.



This technology from Muller Martini creates important possibilities for the labeling and packaging printer to cost-efficiently manufacture their products in offset print. Furthermore, the combination of affordable offset plates, high offset print quality and the flexibility of the Alprinta press will enable new applications.

Muller Martini was presenting the technology at their own booth at LabelExpo. Discussions about specific projects were on the agenda, as well as informational discussions, during which the Alprinta series was featured.
