Depending on individual requirements, a log stacker can be configured for manual palletizing or with an automatic highly sofisticated palletizing logistics.
CompactLoad
The "Compact load" operating principle allows diagonal movement for more efficient placement of logs. Horizontal and vertical drives run simultaneously and place logs very accurately. Accurate placement results in compact and stable pallet loads and maximum protection of the products. This also makes transportation of pallets more secure.
Innovative bundle clamp
The range of the clamp extends from 500 to 1200 mm (19 5/8" - 47 1/4"). Products of the entire size range can be stacked with the type of clamp jaw design used. An electronically-controlled pressure gauge checks for correct clamp pressure to make sure that logs are moved securely. A new feature of the palletizer is that logs of the entire product size range can be turned (option).
Palletizing logistics
Pallet management is monitored at all times, thus garanteeing a high level of processing reliability. Reliable operation is also ensured by the design of the penumatically driven pallet dispenser. The dispenser is modular and can be loaded from the right, left or front side. Pallets can be stacked lengthwise or crosswise with the aid of an optional turntable.
