Short changeover times
The Amrys system makes Vesta a fully automated machine, which can be set up in a few minutes. Integrated in the Tele-Commander central control system, the book size values can be automatically taken over from the Diamant bookline.
Flying stamping station
In the flying stamping station heated bars stamp the jackets accuratly.
Innovative flap-turning-in station
In the flap-turning-in station, the jacket flaps are accurately folded around the book before the case is returned to the book block in the closing station.
Full-flap device (option)
The full-flap equipment allows immaculate turning in of the flaps of full-flap books.
