The ZU 832 is suitable for both small-size products and for signatures with a maximum spine length of up to 510 mm, depending on the in-line combination with a perfect binder. Using the vacuum belt principle for straightline section transport with no pre-acceleration, it separates the signatures with a high degree of reliability.
A signature control and optical layer recognition system ensure high process reliability. Top-class quality is also assured across a broad array of materials.
