Automatic Correction and Readjustments
Using state-of-the-art electronics, each product is measured as it enters and carefully lined up against the stops. When there is a difference between the product width and the set value, it automatically makes a correction to the desired trim size when the next products are entering. This way set-up times can be shortened considerably, and trim waste can be enormously reduced when compared to conventional systems. Subsequent adjustments are made automatically without the need to stop the machine.
