The Listo stacker: for careful and controlled stacking at full press speed
Listo is the name of the new high-performance stacker from Muller Martini for bundle processing at press delivery. At speeds of up to 100,000 copies per hour, it creates perfect cross-stacked and layered bundles.

Intelligent control system
The Listo is controlled by the HMI (Human Machine. Sizes and bundle make-ups can be entered quickly and easily on the clearly laid out display. It has a job management system allowing them to be stored and recalled as needed. The automatic Amrys (automatic make ready system) presetting system on the turntable considerably reduces changeover times.

Careful and controlled stacking
In the pre-stacking hopper, the products are safely supported by a fork. A layer lift transports the pre-stacked bundles to the servo-driven turntable. The minimum product drop from the stack unit to the turntable unit ensures that the bundles are perfectly aligned copy by copy and then cross-stacked and layered.
Bundles are conveyed by means of a servo driven, lowerable pusher which is based on a new output principle in this stacker. This reduces cycle times and pushes the bundles carefully and with control.
