Bolero with Frontero, Ventura MC and PrimaPlus Tandem go to Brazil
One week before drupa began, the Escala/Oceano/Araguaia Group decided to invest in a Bolero perfect binder line with a Frontero face trimmer, a Ventura MC book sewing machine and a PrimaPlus Tandem saddle stitching system.

Bolero, Frontero and Ventura MC will be installed in the Araguaia plant in São Paulo. The PrimaPlus Tandem will find its home in the production facilities of Oceano in Cajamar.

The PrimaPlus Tandem runs according to the principle “three from two”. It consists of two individually functioning PrimaPlus saddle stitchers with their respective feeder stations. Each machine will be used separately when there are orders with few signatures. When there are orders with many signature sections both saddle stitchers will be coupled to form a larger machine via the Tandem coupling element.

During a visit to the Muller Martini stand at drupa, Joaquim Bastos, industrial director of the Escala/Oceano/Araguaia Group, commented especially enthusiastically about the new color: “I’m happy that all of our new machines will be Laserblue”.
