Valore Saddle Stitcher

With 6,000 cycles per hour Valore is the ideal saddle stitcher for small printers who are planning to get into saddle stitching as well as binderies with small to medium run lengths. This system can be a profit-making solution in the value-added chain right from the start, thanks of its high level of reliability, the quality of products it produces and the excellent support by Muller Martini specialists.

Additional added value
Integration of print finishing in the manufacturing process provides for greater added value, in addition to shortened processing times. With the Valore, the customer receives a high-performance machine for an affordable purchase price that will promise reliability and consistency for years to come.

The Valore Saddle Stitcher is distinguished by the following advantages

  • Feeders: Up to six twin feeders can be used, or one 1528 Folder Feeder and five 1559 Twin Feeders.
  • Three-knife trimmer: In addition to its basic functions, the 1522 Three-Knife Trimmer offers the option of a center split cut, individual or multiple perforation and belt or hopper delivery variants.
  • Quality control: The thickness control ejects incomplete copies, unstitched. This allows rejected signatures to be reused, lowering waste accumulation considerably.
  • Operation: Even unpracticed personnel and those unfamiliar with saddle-stitching systems are able to produce efficiently with the Valore, after only a few days of training.
  • Security: Thanks to generous viewing windows, “transparency” of the saddle stitcher’s processes is always guaranteed.
