Prinovis Installs a High Performance Supra Saddle Stitcher in Darmstadt
Prinovis is continuing a long tradition with Muller Martini saddle stitchers at its gravure center in Darmstadt, Germany...and starting this coming September, Prinovis will be producing gravure magazines and popular magazines on a new high performance Supra system. This system includes twelve stations in the gathering area. The line is equipped with six feeders, four of which are carousel feeders, all of which can be loaded via PrintRoll P or Streamfeeders. Two merchandise tippers are also part of the new saddle stitching line. The Integro inserting machine, which is connected with the Supra through a NewsGrip transport system, can insert two supplements into printed products.

The new Supra is replacing two older 301 saddle stitchers at Prinovis in Darmstadt.

Prinovis, a joint gravure venture of three companies arvato Bertelsmann AG, Gruner + Jahr AG & Co KG, and Axel Springer AG has also been using two high performance Tempo saddle stitchers from Muller Martini in Darmstadt for three years. The Supra is replacing two older 301 saddle stitchers.
