“Grow with Flexibility” at the IFRA Expo in Vienna
When market requirements and customer demands change, newspaper publishers must also be able to react quickly in their mailrooms. At the IFRA Expo in Vienna (October 12 through 15), Muller Martini will show how newspaper publishers are adapting to new developments flexibly, thanks to modular product concepts.

“Grow with Flexibility.” The ProLiner insertion system can be assembled very flexibly and covers a broad range of products when used in conjunction with the CoLiner pre-gathering unit.

A high degree of flexibility is required more than ever when market conditions develop quickly. In response to this, Muller Martini will use the IFRA expo to present a unique, modular product concept for mailrooms that can be easily expanded at any time. “Grow with flexibility” represents a quick reaction to changing markets and a high level of security for decisions to invest in the mailroom. Whether for a basic model or a high-performance insertion system with a high level of automation, the basic modules can be combined in any order. This allows production capacity to be adapted to target new dimensions in the market.

The ProLiner insertion system can be assembled very flexibly and covers a broad range of products when used in conjunction with the CoLiner pre-gathering unit. Along with daily newspapers, advertising journals, weekly newspapers and semi-commercials can also be produced reliably. In line with current production requirements, the ProLiner can be configured using a certain number of feeders and can then be expanded at a later date to accommodate increasing volume. The linear insertion principle guarantees the usual good process overview and production safety.

Another advantage in terms of flexibility is that the Mailroom Production Control (MPC) system can also be tailored to individual customer requirements. The advantages of MPC can now be exploited with the AlphaLiner insertion system and the smallest areas can be produced efficiently. This combination offers extremely simple operation and an ergonomic design, and also delivers the best price/performance ratio for low and mid-range markets.

At the IFRA expo, the company will also present additional system solutions that establish the mailroom as a profit center. The cutting device from Muller Martini will allow you to finish your printed products quickly and easily. The biggest advantage is that products will be processed at higher speeds and without loss of time. Furthermore, newspaper publishers can offer additional advertizing methods with the new ValueLiner card gluer.

The specialists from Muller Martini will be on hand at the IFRA expo stand B620 between October 12 and 15. They will be happy to offer any information about new market developments and will be available to discuss flexible product opportunities for the mailroom.
