The 1571 Gathering Machine operates with production speeds of up to 6,000 cycles per hour and processes different paper qualities and signature types from small formats up to 450 mm spine length. The rapidly adjustable feeder magazines can be conveniently loaded from both sides.
High production reliability
Impressive is the high production reliability of the 1571 Gathering Machine which is ensured by the special signature separation in the magazine and the flying signature acceleration. The control system includes automatic signature detection (Asir) as well as signature thickness measurement (Asac).
