In his celebratory speech, Hector Castro, Managing Director since the branch was established, looked back on the initial years, which were littered with hurdles. Castro said, "We have successfully overcome these hurdles and are now a prominent organization. We have countless installations across the country, making us an important partner for the graphics industry in Mexico."

CEO Rudolf Müller also emphasized the partnership between Muller Martini and Mexican printing houses and finishing businesses in his welcoming speech. "We think a good customer relationship not only includes selling the right machines but also providing ongoing support for our customers, for example by training their staff. We also give our customers important tips on how to simplify processes in order to allow them to make cost savings."
