Oceano, a printer located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, contracted Muller Martini to integrate two trimming lines – each with the new Preciso rotary trimmer –into the press delivery system for the new KBA Compacta 618 (which will begin operation in October) as well as for Oceano’s press of the same type, which has been running since 2003. This will ensure that Oceano has uniform and consistent production capabilities throughout its entire operation.

The trimming lines from Muller Martini are replacing systems from another supplier on the existing press. They will be completed with the modular Floorveyor transport system and one Forte compensating stacker each. The Macos press delivery system control ensures signal exchange between the KBA web presses and the press delivery system.
