Magazines with different kinds of advertising media such as catalogues, pocket books and many more media must be efficiently processed at maximum production speeds. In combination with short set-up times, high operational performance and full flexibility the 3697 gathering machine achieves new shift output levels for offset and rotogravure print products.
Maximum productivity
In the signature separation in the hopper and in the concave raceway, the signature is flexed which provides high stability. This increases the process reliability and ensures that orders can be processed with maximum productivity. Thanks to the high level of motorization, which also includes the height adjustment of the raceway, it is possible to conduct fine adjustments whilst the machine is running. This allows the machine to reach full productivity within the shortest time possible.
