The ProLiner inserting system stands for efficiency, simple adjustments and high processing reliability. The horizontal inserting pockets enable the best overview and accessibility. Additionally, no inserts can fall out.

The simplest feeder in its class
The feeder processes a wide variety of products and is characterized by the simplest of adjustments. It can be changed over very quickly during an insert change. Short setup times increase the net output of the ProLiner. The configurable missing copy and double sheet controls inspect the inserting quality constantly. Newspapers that are not complete can be rejected or completed with back-up feeders.

Reliable Inserting Process Thanks to 4 Gripper Pockets
The basis for the reliable inserting process is the secure opening and holding of the main and pre-products in the inserting pockets. Four grippers open the product securely, hold the open newspaper fast and provide stability. This way, even thin tabloid products can be completed without problems.

The modular system
Main and pre-products can be loaded automatically via single gripper or shingle stream conveyors from FlexiRoll or directly from the press (2007). Streamfeeders simplify manual loading considerably. They enable greater efficiency and net output. One person can operate several Streamfeeders with thinner inserts.

If the production requirements change, the inserting system can be expanded to include up to 30 feeders. Thanks to the easily integrated intermediate openings, inserts can be placed precisely into the corresponding newspaper sections.
