The Exacto Rotary Trimmer fits perfectly into the workflow of any press delivery system. It is designed for use in web offset, gravure printing and newspaper operations and is available in three versions. Its great product size flexibility allows in-line and off-line processing of a wide range of jobs.
Highest trim capacity and output
The Exacto trims products of 4 to 120 pages (in a shingle stream thickness of up to 18 mm/3/4") and ensures exceptional knife life. True to its name, Exacto guarantees precise cutting quality and a smooth cutting surface without marks.
Flexible use
Because the Exacto processes the products at full press speed and covers a wide range of formats, it can be used for many types of jobs. It is modular in design, compact and mobile. The rotary trimmer can be integrated into a complete press finishing system including overhead and floor conveyors, Forte Compensating Stacker and Cohiba Palletizer.
Quick and easy set-up
Hand wheels for quick and easy fine adjustments of the product size while the machine is running. The change of the knife unit can be performed in just two minutes.
