The Uno counter stacker reliably stacks perfect bound products in the low to medium performance range. It processes newspapers, brochures and paperback books into neat compensated stacks, making them easier to strap and film wrap.

Simple Operation
The operating panel is mounted on a swivel arm and can be operated from both sides of the machine. All machine processes are displayed and monitored by the panel. The stack height and number of copies are preselected in the machine program. Production and error information are clearly specified in a text field. Size changes can be carried out quickly without using a tool to reduce set up times on the Uno.
Gentle Product Processing
The products run one-by-one onto the prestacking securely controlled by upper and lower belts. The infeed with its individual belts ensures that products are transported securely and carefully. From the prestacking the products are lowered down onto the table by means of a fork system. A photocell reliably counts each of the incoming products.
