NewsStitch Stitching Assembly and NewsTrim III Fan Trimmer

Stitched products trimmed on three sides with a thickness of up to 12 mm (approx. 400 tabloid pages) can now be produced on the NewsStitch and NewsTrim III modules.

Generate more added value
The integration of these new capabilities into a NewsLiner-A system enables newspaper printers to take advantage of profitable market segments in web offset printing and thus generate additional business. Catalogs, newspaper-type supplements, television programs, multipage special-interest inserts and magazines with glossy covers are particularly suited for production on newspaper lines. The NewsLiner-A now becomes a multifunctional system for a broad variety of printed products.

Generate additional revenue with commercial-type products
With these innovations effective utilization of unused printing capacity is reaching a new dimension. The advantages of newspaper production with integrated stitching and trimming capabilities can now also be applied for producing commercial-type products and to generate additional revenues for the newspaper industry.

In Germany and UK our NewsTrim III fan trimmer is not available at the moment.
