The Listo stacker is a high performance component within the post press system for bundle processing. With a speed of up to 100’000 copies per hour, it processes perfectly stacked and layered bundles. It handles a broad range of newspapers and commercial products. The high-quality machine construction and intelligent control guarantees the careful production of first-class bundles. The stacker is built for the use in different locations – meaning that it can be integrated quickly and flexibly by means of casters and quick connections.

Broad product range
Whether for newspaper products or commercial print products in the offset or gravure area, Listo processes a broad range of products. Stacked and layered bundles are produced reliably and efficiently at full press speed. High quality stacks are formed for a higher process security in the follow-up applications.

Simple operation and intelligent control
The Listo is controlled by the HMI (Human Machine Interface). On the clearly laid out display, sizes and bundle make-ups can be set easily and quickly. It has a job management system. The production parameters can therefore be preset, stored, and retrieved if needed. Even fine adjustments made during bundle production can be saved, thus optimizing subsequent productions. The automatic Amrys (Automatic make ready system) presetting system on the turntable considerably reduces changeover times.

The Listo can be easily integrated into the higher level MPC (Mailroom Production Control) System. MPC visualizes, controls, and supervises the complete workflow and acts as interface to the press and downstream equipment.

Protective handling on the turntable
In the pre-stack unit, the products are supported by a linear guided fork. A layer lift transports the pre-stacked bundles to the turntable. The minimum product drop distance from the stack unit to the turntable unit guarantees perfectly centered and copyspecific layered and stacked bundles. Single and double production can be processed.

Protective batch pusher
With the new stacker pusher principle, bundles are conveyed by means of a servo driven, retractable pusher. This reduces cycle times and pushes bundles gentle and reliable. The belt delivery is optionally fitted with lateral belts, which give additional protection until definitive attachment to stacks, for instance with either very light or slippery print products. Deliveries can be extended to the left or right. A roller slide delivery or a air table delivery are possible.
