Optima Saddle Stitcher

With advanced technology, the Optima Saddle Stitcher satisfies all market needs in medium-to-long-run print-finishing operations. The Optima is supported by a wide-ranging feeder design concept, with flat stack feeders, card folder feeders (for reply cards or stitched inserts) and sample gluers (for cards, product samples, brochures, CD-ROMs). Loading can be carried out manually, with bundles from Streamfeeders or with rolls. It is the ideal machine for versatile job structures and hardworking use in three-shift operations.

The Optima Saddle Stitcher is distinguished by

  • impeccable product quality
  • optimal production reliability
  • the greatest operating comfort
  • swing-cut trimmer with new cutting design
  • process monitoring with copy control
  • intelligent control and monitoring systems.

Rotary delivery
A rotary delivery transfers products from the stitching machine into the swing-cut trimmer for streaming product forwarding.

Patented cutting design
The innovative swing-cut design allows for exceptional trimming quality, even with thick products, and lengthens knife service life considerably.
