Our System Designers Malcolm McKenzie and Gary Blackwell work closely with Sales, Project Management and Service, to provide solutions to clients' requirements. Using the latest AutoCAD software to produce layouts they are able to produce accurate drawings of the complete range of Muller Martini Equipment.
When designing systems they take the following into account: -
·Cost effective solutions
·Production speed
·Space efficiency
·Heath and safety
·Logistics and workflow
·Potential stoppages
·Future development
·Existing equipment
·Drying time
The end result will be a “bespoke” solution that combines cost with productivity.
AutoCAD is the standard CAD platform and, as such, is fully compatible with most CAD and planning software. Drawings or parts of drawings can be sent electronically enabling everyone involved within the project to work together at all stages of the project. Drawings can be sent to clients without CAD facilities as a PDF file or even as a Microsoft Word document.
Once an order is placed the System Designers see the project though to completion.Adding additional information to the drawings such as electrical power requirements, compressed air and vacuum requirements, they also work closely with our service engineers to ensure, as far as possible, a smooth installation.
Certain CAD services are chargeable, but would be refundable upon confirmation of an order. |
