Optimizing Processes with the Muller Martini Log Stacker
Thanks to process optimization, the tried-and-tested Vivo log stacker from Muller Martini reduces cycle times by 10 seconds to just 40 seconds per bundle. As a result, printing houses with integrated finishing facilities benefit from even greater flexibility.

With a 20-percent reduction in cycle times, the Vivo makes it possible to optimize a number of processes, thereby improving the speed of the clamp track system, the trolley movement and the strapping process. The popular Vivo, which takes up the least amount of floor space in its class, thanks to integrated automated palletizing features, therefore offers even greater flexibility. The Vivo log stacker provides efficient solutions tailored to suit modern printing houses with press delivery systems of between 4 and 64 pages and bundle lengths of between 500 and 1,200 mm. The high level of automation also results in extremely short job changeover times.

Reduce cycle times by 20 percent with the Vivo log stacker from Muller Martini.

The innovative job management system, which can be used to store and quickly retrieve production data, is integrated into the user-friendly controller. Machines are preset and can be fine-tuned whilst being operated. The extensive size range and perfect bundle formation concept guarantee reliable processing of every fold type and page count imaginable.

The Vivo is renowned for its optimum bundle quality thanks to perfect stacking, pressing, and strapping.
