The ProLiner inserting system is configured for the individual demands of newspaper companies of every size. Thanks to the open system architecture, the ProLiner can be expanded flexibly. It takes account of complex mailroom requirements such as zoning, regionalizing and the increasing number of pre-printed sections or inserts. The inserting system convinces in these situations through quality, flexibility and safety. CoLiner allows flexible expansion options
In combination with the new CoLiner precollection system from Muller Martini, the ProLiner insert quantity can also be increased while taking account of existing space considerations. The result: higher productivity, more attractive newspapers and increased competitiveness. The system is modularly expandable to up to ten insert stations. The newspaper printer is thus also best equipped for a variable number of inserts. Like the ProLiner, the precollection system is also gradually expandable.

The simplest feeder in its class
The feeder processes a wide variety of products and is characterized by the simplest of adjustments. It can be changed over very quickly during an insert change. Short setup times increase the net output of the inserting system. The configurable missing copy and double sheet controls inspect the inserting quality constantly. Newspapers that are not complete can be rejected or completed with back-up feeders.

ProLiner: Reliable inserting process
The basis for the reliable inserting process is the secure opening and holding of the main and pre-products in the inserting pockets. Four grippers open the product securely, hold the open newspaper fast and provide stability. This way, even thin tabloid products can be completed without problems.
