Stacker CB 18

The stacker CB 18 produces first class stacks efficiently in the upper speed range of perfect binding.

The advantages of the stacker CB 18

  • Quick and easy setup
  • Reliable product infeed and delivery process
  • Flexible use thanks to versatile configurations

Quick setup
The stacker is quickly set upwith the easy-to-operate controls. Thanks to complete automation of the format settings the stacker is changed over in no time.

Quick and gentle stack formation
The prestacking unit reduces the drop distance and thus the cycle times. Products are supported from all sides and directed downwards to the turntable in a controlled fashion. Both compensated and non-compensated stacks are possible.

Flexible use
The stacker can be coordinated perfectly to the individual and varying requirements of the production of perfect-bound magazines, catalogues, paper back books, brochures or bookblocks for hardcovers. It may be put to use directly after the three-knife trimmer or within the conveyor section.
