AvantiPlus – Simple Menu Navigation Reduces the Learning Curve
The new touchscreen of the AvantiPlus log stacker allows flexible data input and optimum monitoring of production.

Particular significance is attached to the operation of press delivery systems for two reasons. Firstly, machine operators are increasingly operating both printing press and press delivery system. Secondly, a press delivery system is rarely made up of a single machine, it is instead a complex system. Despite the somewhat complex processes in the press delivery system, a simple and process-reliable setting as possible is required.

This is why the AvantiPlus log stacker from Muller Martini is equipped with a touchscreen via which all production parameters can be input and monitored. Since it is attached to a swivel arm, the machine can be operated from three sides. This allows flexible data input and optimum production monitoring. The simple menu navigation reduces the learning curve for machine operators allowing quick mastery of the various finesses of the log stacker.

The graphical structure of the user interface provides ease-of-use for the most important functions. All electronic settings are repeatable in the touchscreen. In addition, fine settings are configured during the production process and can be stored on the run. This allows optimization of successive production runs. All settings are well accessible from outside and require no tools. They have scales or displays that provide a clear overview of all the processes.
