UK Account Holders' procedure for ordering Emergency Spare Parts
Note:- our out of hours service is ONLY available to UK account holders.
When calling our emergency 'out of hours' service on our normal daytime numbers you will be automatically transferred to our call centre. Once you have agreed to the Service Charge your details will be taken and logged. This information will be given to the member of staff who is 'on call'. They will then ring you back. Our emergency staff carry mobile phones and will not be in the Muller Martini warehouse. Once it has been confirmed that we have the parts you require in stock, the member of staff will drive to our warehouse in IVER, pick the parts and send them to you via our courier either by car or bike. Note: overnight charges for this courier service will be higher than during the day.
PLEASE NOTEIf we do not have in stock the parts you require you will still be invoiced the charge for using the service.
