Whereas we shall continue to supply you with spare parts from our stocks carried at Muller Martini (Shenzhen) and (Hong Kong) Limited, our new arrangement with World Courier, we can now for emergency spare parts consignments not carried in our local inventories guarantee a delivery in Hong Kong the following day / evening, subject the following conditions are met:

1.Clear spare parts order, giving machine type, model and serial number of the equipment fo which the parts are required as well as parts description and number, is placed with Muller Martini (Hong Kong) Limited by 1200 hours on the day of placing your top urgent spare parts orders.

2.Spare parts are carried in our inventory at the overseas Muller Martini manufacturing plant (which is normally the case for such spare parts requests).

Through World Courier, such emergency spare parts consignments are delivered the following afternoon in Hong Kong with parts being priority cleared through customs and delivered directly to your plant in Hong Kong later the same evening.

In order to secure the highest level of priority at all points in the delivery channel and thereby securing the fastest possible delivery time, we need to pay a surcharge to World Courier.

The surcharge will for non-warranty spare parts be charged to your account according to the following calculations:

Basic charge: HKD6,500- for packages weighing <= 1 KG. The surcharge per KG for weight > 1KG is HK$ 240.- / KG.

For parts urgently required we can as an alternative arrange swift delivery via UPS. Generally, you can expect delivery at your plant within 3-4 days after your clear order has been placed with us.

For the UPS distribution channel, the surcharge for swift delivery for non-warranty parts is based on size and weight of the shipment.

For non-urgent spare parts orders, we recommend you to have delivery by consolidated airfreight, which is the most economical distribution manner with no transportation surcharge added to your invoice. The delivery time for this distribution manner is 3 to 4 weeks and this is your best choice for non-urgent and heavy parts consignments.
