The Apollo Compensating Stacker processes saddle-stitched products reliably into layers or cross-stacked piles. It is employed in the low- to mid-range performance sector and can achieve a production speed of up 16,000 cycles per hour. The Apollo can be operated by just one person.
The Apollo Compensating Stacker is distinguished by
- simple operation
- secure product infeed
- gentle handling on the turntable
- flexible batch stacking
- products in layers or cross-stacked
- being able to stack one-up or two-up products
Simple operation The control panel is attached to a pivoting arm and can be operated from both sides of the machine. All machine processes are displayed and monitored on the controller. Size changes are carried out quickly and without tools, shortening the Apollo’s set-up times.
Perfect cross-stacking The Apollo Compensating Stacker processes one-up and two-up products. In the simply designed prestacking bin, the collected copies are neatly centered with vibration. The products are ejected from above by an ejector, to the left, right or alternating.
Reliable batch stacking Roller delivery is possible to the left, right or both sides.
