(Allentown, PA, 5/223/08) – Muller Martini Mailroom Systems, Inc. (MMMS) is pleased to announce its new After Market Sales and Services. The new team will be headed by Dan Cropley, who has been with Muller Martini for twelve (12) years in various roles, most recently as head of the MMMS inserting.
Amrish Thaker, President and CEO of MMMS recently stated: “The added benefit of our After Market Sales & Services Team is to strengthen the organization within the industry by instituting a more clearly defined focus on after-market customer’s needs.” MMMS believes this team will benefit many existing customers who would like to modify older machines with newer software packages and upgrades along with other changes, such as modifications to manage narrower web widths. Thaker also said, “Customers “needs” drive the vendor strategy, which is why we provide solutions to meet these needs and one of those ways is with our new After Market Sales & Services Team.”
Cropley reinforced Mr. Thaker’s statements by saying, “Muller Martini’s cutting-edge technology meets the needs of today’s changing market, our upgrades and enhancements will improve the performance of existing equipment, which allows us to be more accountable to our customers.”
MMMS’ extensive array of enhancements and upgrades will allow the customer to increase productivity and reliability of existing equipment, while keeping operating and maintenance costs minimal.
Cropley and his team have been at various industry events over the past couple of months, including America East, NEXPO and the MMA Users Group and have visited a countless number of customer sites during this time.
