The Primera 110 saddle stitcher features high flexibility and easy touchscreen operation. It handles a large size range. The short changeover times allow for efficient production of first class products. All signature types are processed into perfectly stitched and trimmed products.
The Primera 110 is available in the versions A110 and C110.

The Primera A110 provides the following advantages: • Simple operation • Safe and quick set-up • Great process reliability • Large range of sizes • Expandable up to 14 feeders • Flexible layout • JDF/JMF-compatible according to CIP4 standard
Touchscreen operation The Primera A11 0 is conveniently operated via a touchscreen. This allows production to be controlled and monitored centrally, leading to optimal production reliability and a high net output.
Short set-up times Due to the Amrys (Automatic make-ready system), the set-up times can also be reduced with the saddle stitcher Primera C11 0. The size set-up of the stitching machine and the three-knife trimmer are automated in order to improve productivity.
JDF/JMF capable The Primera 11 0 is JDF/JMF capable and can be integrated into the digital workflow with the Connex workflow system. Connection with an MIS (Management Information System) is possible.
Reliable twin feeder The feeder is equipped with large capacity hopper and is fed from the front at an ergonomic height. The feeder allows signatures with low folio as well as high folio lap to be opened carefully with four grippers. Suction opening (vacuum opening) for signatures without lap is integrated as well.
Flexible Layout Design Thanks to flexible layout design, the Primera 110 can be individually adapted for many different needs. For example, the stitcher can be equipped with front or rear delivery.
Individual Expansion as Required The Primera 110 can be expanded according to individual needs. The following expansion variations are possible:
• Inline Inserting and Film-Wrapping • Inline Punching • Inline Addressing
