• Develops, designs and implements material handling systems • Responsible for timely execution of project schedules • Verifies and validates designs with in-house and field testing of prototype • Generates and maintains all necessary documentation for the manufacture, support and operation of the machines and systems • Supports manufacturing and assembly at start up of equipment • Maintains and updates the design of existing equipment • Maintains and administers all design revision levels (ECO) of the projects responsible for • Support customer service in all aspects regarding function and operation of systems responsible for as needed • Directs and supervises project team members if needed • Follows the applicable standards and norm • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering • At least 5 years experience in machine design • Thorough technical and operational knowledge of material handling and automation equipment • Basic knowledge of electrical control systems • Experience with 3-D CAD system (Preferably Pro/Engineer) • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good organizational, planning, managing and controlling skills • Proficient with MS-Office package We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience.
