- management of large, long-term multi-vendor projects

- management and coordination of multiple vendors within defined timeline and budget

- observe and evaluate current machine functionality and capabilities and make recommendations for improvements

- ability to close out projects by identifying remaining engineering challenges and provide solutions for acceptance

- observe process workflow and provide detailed recommendations to customers for improving their internal processes

- broad understanding of machine control software and machine logic

- ability to provide initial design for improvements of functionality and throughput-final design is passed on to factory for completion

- find local sources to manufacture newly designed solutions for testing

- field R&D experience a plus

- ability to identify unique problems and solutions

- strong customer relationship skills

- strong report writing skills

- significant travel required >50%
