The latest industry trends to be discussed by those “in the know” at Print 09.

Werner Naegeli, President and CEO of Muller Martini, Inc., among key executives sharing valuable insight regarding the industry’s technological future.

The Research and Engineering Council of NAPL is sponsoring an informative breakfast summit on September 14th during Print09.  Muller Martini President and CEO, Werner Naegeli, will join an industry-expert panel discussing “Allocating Investment Resources Towards Technology:  Help for Those Crucial Business Decisions.”  Executives will share insight, experience, and no-holds-barred advice regarding equipment and technology decisions. The breakfast event takes place from 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Other participants on the prestigious panel include Jim Dunn, President, Heidelberg USA; Kevin Joyce, WW VP, Sales and Marketing, Digital Print Solutions, Kodak; Vince Lapinski, CEO manroland; and Mark Olin, VP/GM, Professional Print, EFI.  Scott Bieda, Publisher, American Printer magazine, and Ray Prince, VP and Sr. Consultant, NAPL, will serve as moderators.

“I’m honored to be a part of such an esteemed group of industry experts,” commented Mr. Naegeli. “Technology is playing an integral and highly positive role in our industry’s future.  I welcome the opportunity to share Muller Martini’s experience and solutions that can help printers and other industry suppliers make informed decisions.

An engaging new format allows for panelists to be questioned by both the moderators and audience members.  According to Robert G. Whitton, managing director of the Research & Engineering Council of NAPL, “The format of the Print 09 Summit will allow for more interaction between the panelists and audience members.  The speakers are prepared to address one of the hardest-hitting issues facing all business owners today:  investing in technology.  With their first-hand knowledge, they’ll provide answers to the “how, why, and when” of making that crucial business decision.”

Seating is limited; those wishing to make a reservation should call 1.800.642.6275, Ext. 2.

PrintO9 takes place September 10-17 at McCormick Place, in Chicago,  Illinois.  Muller Martini is located in booth 1137.  It is the largest US tradeshow held for graphic design, digital prepress, printing, publishing and converting technology, encompassing nearly one million net square feet of exhibit space.
