Technologically-advanced and easy-to-maintain strapping machines available from Muller Martini

Muller Martini, Inc., is now the exclusive U.S. distributor of Transpak Strapping Machines to the Graphic Arts Industry

Muller Martini, Inc. has announced that it is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Transpak Strapping Machines to the Graphic Arts Industry, the widely recognized global brand that serves both small and mid-sized newspapers and commercial print shops.

Muller offers two competitively-priced Transpak models.  The TP-711N Series is a technologically-advanced unit which can handle up to 35 bundles per minute.  In addition, the TP-711N Series features an automatic tension control which adjusts for different sized bundles, and adjustable pressure control which keeps bundles flat, a patented jammed-strap ejection advice, and a Siemens PLC Control and HMI touch panel that enables easy troubleshooting.  The machine also offers and ultra-secure cross strapping capability.

Transpak’s portable unit, the TP-702, is perfect for off-line or manual strapping.  It can handle up to 65 straps per minute and features an ergonomic adjustable table height, plus photo-eye or foot bar switch which activates the strapping cycle.  Also included is an operator-friendly low strap sensor and compact electro/mechanical control sealing head.

Transpak Strapping Machines distributed by Muller Martini require less maintenance than most strapping machines.  Their innovative and unique one-piece arch strap design alleviates jams.  And, with 30% fewer parts than comparable machines, Transpak strappers require fewer adjustments and fewer wear components.  Plus, their uncomplicated design makes maintenance training simple.  As with all Muller Martini equipment, 24/7/365 parts and service support is available for the TP-711N Series and TP-702.

In an effort to continue to be your one-source for quality parts, Muller Martini has added competitively priced strapping material to its parts offerings.

Both the TP-711N Series and the TP-702 are economically priced and utilize standard industry strapping.  For more information regarding the strappers and strapping material, please call your local sales representative or 1-888-2-MULLER.
