State-of-the-art strapping technology is now available exclusively to the Graphic Arts Industry

Muller Martini PerformancePlus Strapping Solutions

As the exclusive U.S. distributor of Transpak Strapping Machines to the Graphic Arts Industry, Muller Martini will be showcasing both the strapping machine and PerformancePlus strapping material at Graph Expo in Chicago.  And, as commercial printers and newspapers well know, accountability doesn’t end when the job exits the bindery and mailroom: a secure and stabilized shipment is essential to customer satisfaction.

The TP-702 strapping machine, a portable machine ideal for off-line or manual strapping.  It can cycle up to 65 straps per minute and features an ergonomic adjustable table height, plus photo-eye or foot bar switch which activates the strapping cycle.  The machine also features an operator-friendly low-strap sensor and compact electro/mechanical control sealing head.

Having the TP-702 on-hand can make this particular strapping machine indispensable.  The strapper has an innovative one-piece arch strap design that alleviates jams.  Moreover, with 30% fewer parts than comparable machines, Transpak strappers require fewer adjustments, less wear components and maintenance.  And, since they feature an uncomplicated design, maintenance training is easy.

Although the Transpak TP-702 utilizes standard industry strapping, Muller Martini distributes its own high-quality PerformancePlus strapping material.  PerformancePlus strapping material from Muller Martini is available in a variety of formats.  It is environmentally friendly – nearly dust free and recyclable.

The TP-702 offers the most optimal performance, highest speed, easiest maintenance and cost-effective solution in its class today.  Printers and binderies looking to equip their post-press area with an industry-leading strapper that is also competitively priced should make a point to take a closer look at this strapper.

Muller Martini is also the exclusive distributor of the Transpak TP-711N strapper.  This strapper handles up to 35 bundles per minute and features an automatic tension control which adjusts for different size bundles.

Muller’s technology and workflow solutions can help printers and binderies grow their businesses.
