3695 Gathering Machine

The 3695 Gathering Machine is used in the mid- and high-performance range and offers a high degree of processing reliability in the production of single sheets. In addition, the 3695 Gathering Machine runs the widest variety of signatures. It processes a vast product spectrum with a large size range at a rated speed of up to 12,000 cycles per hour.

Complete and highly accurate products
Comprehensive quality control is ensured with the Asac automatic signature thickness control and the Asir optical signature type control.

Simple, reliable operation
The feeders can be loaded from the left or right and can be loaded manually or with streamfeeders. The signatures are reliably separated and precisely fed with a gripper. In the channel, they are then accelerated to chain speed and gently transferred to the finger chain.
